LOCATION: Etiquette with Ease is hosted in the offices of Chayra Communications, 2620 Regatta Drive, #102, Las Vegas, on a monthly basis. However, because we customize programs for client needs, many classes are held at corporate facilities, meetings, events, and private residences addressing all aspects of social and business interaction.

TOPICS: Classes range from one-hour overviews to full-day intensive workshops covering all aspects of social and professional issues including:

• Dining - Formal and informal dining, continental vs. American manners, and reciprocation issues.
  
• Special Events ­ Invitations to the receiving line; weddings, religious occasions
  
• Toasts ­ The perfect thing to say and when to say it!
  
• Boardroom Manners ­ Presentation protocol to conflict resolution
  
• Written Correspondence ­ Thank you notes to condolence cards and everything in-between
  
• Challenging Situations ­ Unmarried parents, divorced parents, estranged family and friends, etc.
  
• Cultural Manners ­ Find out what is and is not appropriate in dealing with different cultures. Not knowing could be the deal breaker!
  
• Royal Protocol ­ Offered with 2 month advance notice and only to those who will be dealing directly with royalty.
